Tombijiger Fabric Dyeing Machine is a high temperature machine for processing of flat fabrics at constant and adjustible tension and speed. The machine is equipped with adding tank and injection pump which allows the user to add chemicals even when the machine is under pressure and high temperature.Pieces which are touched directly with chemical ,manufactured by using AISI 316 Ti stainless steel Dyeing process is controlled with Industrial touch-screen PC. Fabric tension can be adjusted between 10 kg - 100 kg . Fabric speed can be adjusted between 15 m/d 150 m/d It has very low liquor ratio around 1:2. Tekst Jigger Fabric Dyeing Machine working temperature is 135ºC This machine increases quality of dyeing process with hydraulic motor control which makes fabric tension at consant,fabric centering system and high washing performance with spray type It has sample device at high temperature (optional)
