Max. working pressure is 2,5 bar. Max. testing pressure is 5 bar. Liquor ratio is 1/6. The machine has a pressure control system. It has a changable,adjustable flow nozzle system. The flow nozzle pressure can be adjusted to the required value. Interior main tank has a washing and spraying system for the upper section. Fabric flow nozzle system is equipped with a separate feeding in addition to the interior haspel. The machine equipped with fabric error sensor, roll-start finder sensor and litre gauge sensors. It has a dye tank and chemical tank. It is designed to prevent the twistings which can occur during the process. System can be operated as full automatic or manual. Interior haspel is inverter controlled to reduce friction.
