It has a capacity of approximately 100 kg / hour (depends on the type of the yarn) It can dye 6 different colours at the same time. Hank multicolour  dyeing machine works under 0,3 bar pressure with spray-dyeing system  The machine has 6 dye tanks which are equipped with manuel by-pass system and enjection pumps of 0,75 kW. Press level, interval and width of colour can be arranged by changing the position of the nozzles. The machine is equipped with two press cylinders. Front press cylinder  is for minimizing the excess dye stuff before the conditioning & steaming process and back press  cylinder is for minimizing the excess water after the rinsing process from the hanks. After dyeing process, the hanks enter fixing process at temperature of 98°C. Band speed can be adjusted with inverter control. It has another version capable of recycling the used dyestuff.
